Janne Iivonen is the Service Development Manager for Document Outsourcing Communication Services Group, under the Regional Business Development Office, Fuji Xerox Global Services. The Document Outsourcing Communication Services Group manages a broad portfolio of document outsourcing services designed to help large enterprises streamline and gain efficiencies from their document-intensive processes. Janne and his team are responsible for strategic planning, designing and deployment of these service offerings across Asia Pacific region.

Janne has over 15 years of working experiences in consulting, sales and marketing, specializing in areas of enterprise document and printing process optimization, one-to-one cross-media marketing platforms, information technology systems and project integrations. Prior to Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific, Janne worked with Xerox Global Services, Europe, and Fuji Xerox Australia, where he has held various positions including sales, technical and delivery management roles and was instrumental in the successful outsourcing services sales and implementations in Finland, Germany and Hungary. Janne graduated from the Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences with a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Arts Technology.
